FAST CHARGING AND VEHICLE-TO-LOAD TECHNOLOGY
An 80 kW DC charger can replenish the battery from 30% to 80% in just 29 minutes. The BYD DOLPHIN can also run as a mobile power station with Vehicle to Load (V2L) technology as standard. V2L can achieve 3.3kW external discharge for you to be able run such things as home appliances, power tools and more from the vehicle.

Ultra-Safe Patented Blade Battery Technology
While undergoing nail penetration tests, the Blade Battery emitted neither smoke nor fire after being penetrated, and its temperature only reached 30 to 60°C. The Blade Battery cells also passed other extreme test conditions, such as being crushed, bent, being heated in a furnace to 300°C and overcharged by 260%. None of these resulted in a fire or explosion.
